South Side Decatur is a district located south and southwest of the lake, with South Business Route 51 on the eastern border, Route 51 in the south, and the Rock Springs Conservation Area in the west. It includes portions of the desirable neighborhood of South Shores. South Side is mostly residential, with most of the area's shops and restaurants found along Route 48, which passes right through this district.
